that was the look i was going for mac!

he wasnt bye the end of the season i can assure you mac lol
once he had a gap in the feathers that was it one at a time went.

all learning curves this game.

as regards the broken feathers ash you should try and get a really over engineered tail sheath.

that costs about 10 times what its production costs were!

i have a pattern for one that slips up over the tail bell. its cut out of pond liner with velcro attachment takes about 5 mins to make and is brilliant.

personally i dont bother with tailsheaths after the first weeks

yer mine are made from similair material from and office suppley. the clear or coloured plastic folder sheets for storing papper work. could by a load for a tenner and make loads. i just iron a fold into it and it does away with the velcrow.
